Yea so.....

Today is January 27th, 2007. My last post was on October 7th, 2006. What has happened. A year and half ago I was so very dedicated to this little thing called Blogger, and a little thing called writting. I thought I had found a great passion and a sort of release for all the things that I have go through my head at any given minute. I even thought that some of those thoughts were good enough to send in to a couple of magazines. So I sent them with big apirations of getting published and everyone in the country knowing my name and raving about my wonderful thoughts and ideas. But that never happend.

So gradually I stopped writting, stopped blogging, and moved to a little place called MySpace where everyone gets noticed. I spend hours looking for just the right song to describe my mood - the right background to customize my page - upload new pictures to get noticed and have nice little comments left. To get recognition from the little community of Myspacers. I still have thoughts of these great wonderings and ideas and putting them up on here...but then I'm afraid it would be too silly, or worst not even get noticed. But then I again it goes back to the whole reason I write. For my pleasure, growth, and personal joy or to get noticed by others. Maybe someday or even oneday or even this day I can commit to doing something and following through with it...just because I want to ...not for what I want to get out of it.

But then again, I guess at some points we are all just like that...we just want to be noticed; no matter how old you get.

Hey Bubba I know how you feel believe it or not.. the blog is kind of sad... I am glad to see you writting again though I always check to see if there is anything new. If I don't say it enough I think you're awesome, so many kids look up to you, you're an amazing brother and dad! Don't worry you'll be published soon even if I have to create our own magazine lord knows that between the two of us it would beat reader's digest any day! I love you bubba hope to see you tonight!

What you do already matters and EVEN the things that you think don't matter or get noticed is being noticed.
What about a blue sky, What about a beautiful sunset. The ocean, the trees that even though barren have a quiet beauty to them standing or even bent with age. You do have one that notices no matter whatever age you are... The beauty of this world was made because He not only noticed but wanted it to be WOW..... The way your daughter recognizes you with a slight glance and a smile that has no words to express. You are noticed... if you don't get to BUSY to recognize it all; the greatest and largest gift of being noticed is by the ONE who knows how to really make things shine for you if you just take time to NOTICE...
